What Is Experiential Learning Asia?

With over a decade of experience organizing and coordinating experiential learning programs within Southeast Asia, Experiential Learning Asia is in a unique position to facilitate many types of programs. The ELA team knows what’s needed to make your experiential learning, volunteering, team building or travel in Southeast Asia a success.

What We Do

Community Based Travel

ELA has worked with well over 100 rural communities in Southeast Asia. With our strong connections and trust within these communities, we are able to offer some truly unique travel opportunities. Community based travel is a great way to make sure money from visitors goes directly to local people.

Experiential Learning

Experiential learning focuses on gaining knowledge firsthand instead of simply hearing or reading about a topic. Learn more about our health, education & building projects.

MOEI

MOEI provides intensive English-language education for migrant children and adults from Burma located along the Moei River section of the Thai-Burma border – and in other parts of peninsular Southeast Asia. Our team members have been working with the project since its creation in 2008.
